NUMERICAL REASONING TEST FAQS
They are practice aptitude tests that many employers, such as GSK use as part of their selection process for graduate scheme roles. The role in question may require a certain level of mathematical ability which the numerical reasoning exams test, but also certain graduate scheme jobs have too many applications and this is one way to narrow the selection down.
There are many different resources available, from Books to online practice tests and private tutors. Numerical Reasoning Practice Tests offer the best numerical reasoning practice tests and expert private tutor who specialise in numerical reasoning tests.
The pass mark is very much dependant on the individual graduate scheme role you have applied for. GSK pass marks may be different for different roles, as the numerical reasoning tests are different to match the different roles. It is important to properly prepare for these tests.
This is very much dependant on the individual taking the test. If you have a strong mathematical background, you are likely to find the test easier than someone that does not. However, due to the nature of the questions in the numerical reasoning test and the time per question element, it is a challenge for every graduate sitting it.
They are reasonably tricky but it is like anything with a lot of practice and the right support they become easier. Those with a mathematical background are at an advantage but even so will have to get use to the format of the tests and the timing aspect of it.
We have numerical reasoning expert tutors who have a track record of helping graduates pass these tests. If you would like to book one of our expert tutors, contact us today.
This will vary from individual to individual and will depend on how rusty your Maths skills are and how high the pass mark is for the specific graduate scheme or job you are applying to. Most people will need to practise for their exam by going through many numerical reasoning tests online. Others may require a numerical reasoning test tutor to help learn the correct methods for the different types of questions that come up.
Yes, Numerical Reasoning Tutor is able to provide tutors for the GSK numerical reasoning test during the week and during the weekend. If you would like to book a tutor, contact Numerical Reasoning Tutor today.
