NEW ARMY MATHS TESTS
In 2018 the British Army introduced a new numerical reasoning test as part of their application process. The new tests named ‘Army Tests’ have replaced what was previously called the ‘BARB’ (British Army Recruit Battery tests) tests. The new tests include an error test, Orientation awareness test and finally a numerical reasoning test which is the one most prospective army recruits struggle with most.
As part of the Army application process, recruits are required to sit a number of assessments. One of these assessments is a numerical reasoning test.
